In 2001, after serving his country in the U.S. Army, David DeLeon began Fresh Scent Residential & Commercial Cleaning, LLC. Raised watching his mother clean in both residential and commercial settings, David had a vast knowledge of techniques and tools. Coupled with his strict military background, David set out to provide a reasonably priced, top-notch cleaning service. In 2005, he married his long-time sweetheart, Kristen. Together, they strive to bring a friendly, honest and dependable attitude to Fresh Scent, and your home, every day!

At Fresh Scent, we understand that your home, and all that is in it, is important to you. Thus, it is important to us! We strive to hire honest people who will treat your home with respect. To better ensure this, full background checks are preformed on all of our employees. Fresh Scent is licensed, bonded and insured. 

WE ARE DEPENDABLE

Fresh Scent realizes that having someone else in your home can be, at times, disruptive. Keeping this in mind, we will work with you to set a time and day in which our cleaning services will be completed. We will also provide you with an estimated length of time in which to expect us in your home. Fresh Scent promises to always arrive on time and complete our duties in a timely fashion. If, for some unforeseen reason, we are unable to do so, we will reschedule within your schedule. And please remember-- we do have a 2 day cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to an appointment are subject to a charge for half the cost of the cleaning.

David is a big advocate of the ‘white glove test.’ All new employees receive initial one-on-one training, in which the Fresh Scent expectations are taught. On-going training ensures that you will always receive the same top-notch service. Furthermore, each Fresh Scent ‘team’ who comes into your home has a team leader. This employee is responsible for our work, guaranteeing your satisfaction.

WE ARE REASONABLY PRICED

Fresh Scent takes great pride in being competitively priced. We can achieve this because we are a family-owned operation and don’t have the overhead or franchise fees that many larger corporations pass on to their clients. At our first meeting, we will discuss the services we provide along with your personal cleaning requirements. Based on those standards, you will be given a firm price for our visits. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
