CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy, please notify Fresh Scent Residential and Commercial cleaning of any impending cancellation, schedule change request or additional task requests at least 2 business days prior to scheduled day of service. Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to an appointment are subject to a charge for half the cost of the cleaning.
For your convenience, you may make your request by emailing us at cancellations@freshscentcleaningservice.com or you may call us directly at 919-250-8469. To better ensure that your request is handled appropriately, please do not make requests through employees.
If for some reason, you wish to terminate your regular service with Fresh Scent, you may do so in writing. This can be emailed to cancellations@freshscentcleaningservice.com or mailed to Fresh Scent Residential and Commercial Cleaning 415 Tranquil Lane Willow Springs, NC 27592.
REFUNDS
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Fresh Scent. For that reason we offer a Guarantee on our services in case a task was not completed to your satisfaction or was simply missed during our visit. Simply contact the office and we will return to your home and re-do the area or task or we will apply a credit towards our next visit to your home. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
PAYMENTS
We accept checks, all credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover and American Express), and of course cash. Fresh Scent requires that a credit card be on file in the event of non-payment. No charges will be applied to the card unless the client is notified.
Payment is expected on the day of the clean unless other arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within 3 business days of service, full payment for all amounts owed, plus a 3% service charge, will be processed using the credit card you have on file.
A $25 returned check fee will be assessed for all cancelled or returned checks.
